How a virtual address can help

When you’re running a small business it can be really frustrating getting things delivered even though many things are sent by email so a virtual address might help you out.

Maybe you’re out and about keeping your customers happy. Perhaps you don’t really want to give out your home address to strangers. What about parcels?

That’s where Cowes Business Centre can help!

We can operate as your virtual office, receiving your post and deliveries and keeping them safe for you to pick up or forwarding them on to another address.

How a virtual address works

When we receive any post we’ll scan or take a photo of it and you’ll receive a notification that it’s arrived. That helps you decide which post you want to throw away and which you want to keep. After that you have three options.

Come and get it

We’ll hang on to it until you are able to pop in and pick it up. We’re available during normal office hours or by arrangement at other times. Handy if you don’t have time during the day.

Mail forwarding

We can send your items on to another address. We’ll even batch it up, if you like, to save costs.

For larger items we can arrange re-delivery or even bring it to you.

Scan mail

We can open and scan each item of post and send you a link to download and view it.

This is really handy if you want to cut down on paperwork.

How do I get started?
