How our registered office can help

When you set up a Limited Company you need to provide a Registered Office Address so that people can get in touch with you if they need to, for example, to serve legal papers.

If you don’t have an office of your own then you might use your accountant’s office or maybe even your home address. Not everybody wants to do that as your registered office address needs to be shown publicly on your invoices and on your website.

Cowes Business Centre can help by acting as your company’s registered office. You can register our address for your business and we’ll act as a point of contact for any formal paperwork.

Please note that this is separate from our Virtual Address service and we will not forward general mail under this service. You might wish to consider using both services!

How do I get started?

You can sign up with us online or get in touch to find out more. As we will be acting as your company’s Registered Office we will require more information and assurances than for simply forwarding your post.

Most of our services are monthly subscriptions and you can cancel by giving us 30 days notice.

Understandably we have some terms and conditions but the basics are that we want to do business with honest and morally acceptable businesses so we reserve the right to cancel or suspend any services that we offer.
